About Chris
As the Managing Director and Owner of GLEG, my role is to oversee the business's overall success and growth, ensure we recruit top talent, and cultivate a culture where employees can thrive and develop.
Out of work I am often ‘Dad’s taxi’ for my two daughters (Georgia Louise & Elizabeth Grace) to their dancing and swimming lessons!
In my free time I enjoy running and cycling, hiking in the Lake District and travelling to diverse countries to learn about different cultures and people.
Rachel Haines
Finance Director & Owner
About Rachel
I am GLEG’s Finance Director and oversee the finance side of the business. I am both a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser.
Away from work I enjoy watching football, I have been a season ticket holder at Blackpool FC for over 25 years! I also enjoy walking in the Lake District and spending time baking.
Vicki Ramsdale
Head of Account Management
About Vicki
As Head of Account Management at GLEG I am responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the accounts, managing relationships with customers and ensuring efficient completion of deliverables. In my spare time, I enjoy most sports either watching or playing and I have two kids who keep me very busy. I am originally from the Lake District and love going back to visit when possible.
Sarah Eldon
Key Account Manager
About Sarah
As Key Account Manager, I work closely with clients to manage their energy portfolios, support renewals and procurement, and help ensure projects and customer requests are handled efficiently. Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my two young children and our dog, making the most of weekends away in the caravan with my family.
Julian Archer
Graduate Account Manager
About Julian
Within my role as Graduate Account Manager, I both proudly support the Account Managers as primary points of contact for trusted clients as well as liaise with suppliers and other stakeholders to translate complex data for less carbon-intensive, more meaningful and cost-efficient decision-making. Away from my desk, you'll find me watching football, at the gym or in a cafe unpicking energy markets and watching the world go by.

About Charlie
As Software Developer, I am responsible for building our in-house energy trading software solution. Outside of work, I enjoy playing Darts, Football, Poker, and painfully supporting Manchester United.

Executive Assistant
About Sarah
In my role as Executive Assistant, I provide dedicated support to Chris, helping him manage both his business and personal affairs. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching sports, completing crafting projects and pottering in the garden.
Gareth Hogg
Energy & Carbon Analyst
About Gareth
My role as Energy & Carbon Analyst involves looking at energy consumptions and costs from past to present to create a picture of the potential future.
Outside of work I spend time with my wonderful little family, reading and watching mostly sci-fi/fantasy and gaming when everyone has gone to bed.
Ruby Chapman
Business Support Administrator
About Ruby
I work as a Business Support Administrator, where I handle a variety of responsibilities, including updating client invoices and ensuring the accuracy of our internal data. I also assist with any queries from clients or team members whenever needed.
Outside of work, I enjoy visiting the Lake District, going to the gym, and spending most of my time cooking and baking.
Karl Porter

About Karl
I work as a Lead Consultant, where I focus on building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping drive growth for the business. Outside of work, I love performing stand-up comedy. I’m also a big football fan and rarely miss a match, especially when Liverpool are playing. Supporting Liverpool is something I’m really passionate about, and I love following the team throughout the season.

Outside of work I spend a lot of time with my family and my miniature schnauzer Luna. I also enjoy going to the gym, playing tennis and going for walks.
